Last weekend, I went to this local cosplay event held in a Megatrade hall in Megamall. The place is so jam packed. There are so many cosplayers and so many people. There are booths where you can get freebies but I failed to go through all of them because of the crowd.
I really hate myself for forgetting to bring a real camera. Well, I could not blame myself because it was a bit unexpected. But, hey, bringing a camera won’t hurt for heaven’s sake. I ended up taking pictures with my crappy phone. I didn’t really get good pictures because the resolution of the camera is pretty low. Half body shots only.. no whole body shots… Also, there are so so so many people there that you won’t find a good place to bring the cosplayer.
I arrived at the event pretty early, around noon. It was still early but according to my ticket, I was the 1575th to come. The place is pretty small for some thousand of people. Can you imagine how many people were there after 2-3 hours. I felt like I was in Akihabara (though I have never been there) because if you failed to line properly, you would end up in a place you didn’t intend to go and you can’t help it. The crowd will take you away.

It’s Yuuko-san. xxxHolic. She’s my favorite among all cosplayers. She’s kind and adorable too. I’m taking her home. I wish I took more pictures of her. She had a nice dress and very cool hair.
I also took some pictures on the catwalk. But they move too much that I can’t get a nice shot.

It’s nice to say that Naruto cosplayers have gone down. Code Geass and Vampire Knight are the ones that are popular now a days on cosplayers.
I also recorded a video of Akatsuki characters(Naruto) doing the Hare-hare yukai and Caramelldansen. LOL. But the video is crappy crappy crappy.. But that was fun.
Overall, even though it’s really tiring because of the crowd, I really enjoyed it. I have to go now. Voltes V-sama might slice me into pieces.
. It could handle Tiberium Wars with slightly lowered graphics but I don’t know about these new games ^^;;;. I need to go out and buy a customizable pc tower then all the parts if I want to play the games xD. I’m really looking forward to Red Alert 3, all the new units look sweet ^^. Are any of you looking forward to the three games?
