If you periodically visit my site, you will notice slight changes here and there. I recently added a teaser to my posts so readers will have a glimpse at the post and if they deem it to be interesting they click on the link to continue. I am also playing around with wordpress as I am new to coding and will need a bit more time before I am satisfied with my site. If you have any tips to sites I can visit on coding with wordpress besides the wordpress site and the theme creator, Sadish, site, I would be glad to look it up. I am currently working on adding RSS Feeds, changing the colors for text/links, and a easy way to edit the color/look of the background. There is a RSS feed for my site now that you can use under Meta on the sidebar and currently the RSS link on the top of the page, though I am thinking of taking that off. Thanks for understanding.

Well we are deep into the summer anime releases now and they all have their highs and lows to them. So far this season has brought great and memorable scenes from animes such as Claymore and Lucky Star. But there were disappointments like Devil May Cry and Bleach.
First the bad:
Bleach, currently 136 episodes:

Bleach was only bad due to all the fillers that we had to go through, fillers for Bleach stray too far from the original storyline. The past filler on Bounto wasn’t exactly the most exciting thing to watch as it basically showed Ichigo trying to become stronger through most of it and showing how weak he is in the human world. The recent filler was on side characters like Yumichika and Hanatarou that had arrancar, not those that deal with Aizen, in the main episode and vaguely funny vizard and Ichigo golden cups. Thankfully they just ended the filler…though right now Bleach has taken a break on airing which was irritating just when they started again (sigh).
Devil May Cry (DMC), currently 8 episodes:

DMC started out hopeful for me in the first episode with lots of demon killing and cockiness that I know Dante for. But the episodes so far are all one episode stories that have some episodes incorporating his past and deals with Dante killing devils with barely any problems at all, usually at the end of the episode. I want the really cocky Dante to show up and killing devils with some difficulty; when I play Dante in DMC 3 I have difficulties with bosses the first time I encounter them and die at least two times before I kill them in cold blood.
Now the Good:
Claymore, Currently 19 episodes:

Claymore has not been disappointing in any episode I have seen, its full of action and storyline which I really like and keeps me yearning for the next episode. The techniques the girls posses continue to fascinate me, especially Clare’s as she seems to developing quite fast as she takes on more and more Awakened One’s. Honestly I never picked up this anime when it first started because I just looked at the art when it just started, I’m a visual guy, and thought “O, it’s about girls fighting demons…ok…next”. But after hearing about all the hype I picked it up and was amazed at what I saw, this is one of the animes that will go down in otaku history like Melancholy of Haruhi, Bleach, Naruto, Gundam and others which have been memorable through otaku culture.
Nanatsuiro Drops, currently 4 episodes:

This is a cute anime that I have been watching that actually has a storyline now that makes me continue watching. Apparently two schools in the magic world hold a “friendly” competition on Earth to see whose school elective can capture seven star drops the fastest with a bunch of kawaii, especially from Sumomo, all around and I’m glad they toned down on the chibiness since the first episode.
Getsumen To Heiki Miina, currently 8 episodes:

I watch this anime due to the funniness from the characters, from Tsukuda’s sickly “ju-jitsu” to a abductor alien rabbits high pictched quote of “mini hambaga” (I seriously thought of having that one phrase as my ringtone lol, it was that funny to me. But hearing “mini-hambaga” ring constantly might annoy others ^-^). Although the stroyline isn’t really exiciting with the plot of stopping sport crazed rabbit aliens from interfering with Earth sports with bosomy (most of the time) girls. The funniness is what keeps me in and wanting to get the next episode.
Hayate No Gotoku, currently 19 episodes:

Hayate is one of those animes where randomness happens (look at the picture, bet you can’t tell what really happened without watching it) and keeps me entertained. The show is more about character development between Hayate the butler and Nagi his “milady” that has one hit funniness and abundant randomness. You wont even understand what happens in previews until you watch the show lol, something to keep me glued to the show.
Moetan is ummm…interesting. I really thought there was going to be fights like Cardcaptor Sakura but like Hayte its a random kind of anime with a lot of eroness, including lolita scenes that are NSFW. I do not have a lolita-complex as you would notice if you see my confused my face during those ero scenes. I really like the English lessons in it that deals with anime like last weeks “Even though I don’t want really inexpensive figures, I just buy them because they’re cheap.”
School Days, currently 6 episodes:

Gahhhh School Days, honestly I have mixed feelings about this anime but I lean more towards like than hate. I really hate Makoto, I even want to seriously injure him because of the way he acts. But I really like this anime because its an anime I really pay attention to and get strong emotions from, as if I was a K/J Drama watching mother (Sorry to all the mothers who do this if I insulted you) that needs to sit and watch the suspense unfold. The emotions are anger at Makoto and feeling sorry for Katsura.
Doujin Work, currently 4 episodes:

It’s another otaku aspiring anime that deals with a bunch of moe that I love. But without this moe then this anime could really use development. Currently it’s focused on Najimi’s character development as a doujin artist but I would like to see more background on character’s like Tsuruyi and Justice.
Naruto Shippuden, currently 24 episodes:

I am no Narutard ok, I mean I like the anime and manga which is why I would even look at it but I am not the dorky Narutard cosplayer for I am a Bleach Bi%*& cosplayer lol. Whats really good about Naruto Shippuden (I read past the current episode) is the amount of action in it and the great character development in terms of maturity and power. Naruto is able to easily do the rasengan and tactics, Sakura has medical abilities and tremendously scary strength, and Sasuke…well I won’t ruin it for those who don’t know. It’s currently full of action that really makes Naruto stand out from all the rest.
Sky Girls, currently 5 episodes:

O you pretty, pretty sky girls, how you have captured my attention. Sky Girls had a real hype about it due to the OVA but is currently about the girls development as a team/personal leval and with themselves as pilots of mechas. Episode 5 was pretty cool with the girls showing what they can really do in the sky with their mechas including a surprising ending with Otoha I didn’t expect but knew would happen, especially due to the build up presented. Now we might get to see some actual fighting so I will be looking forward to the next episode.
Lucky Star, currently 18 episodes:

Ahhh, Lucky Star…how you have played with my feelings. Lucky Star is really a hit and miss anime, mostly hit, that I enjoy watching but its not Azumanga. Lucky Star is really picking up now with new characters that are really helping Lucky Star in my opinion. But I believe episode 16 really made a hit as Konata and her cosplay cafe friends did the Hare Hare Dance….I watched that over and over again. It’s just a shame they didn’t show the whole dance but still sugoi. Another real cool scene was actually the end theme song of episode 17 where the voice actor of Minoru, they use his real name in the show, from Lucky Channel did the Lucky Star Dance in real life while partially singing the song…it was sugoi ^-^.
This is my first post for this site and boy am I mad right now after watching School Days Episode 6. For I usually only do one review for a anime series unless something I want to get across comes up and this was a big one. Makoto has admitted liking Sekai and Sekai who originally liked Makoto is letting her feelings for him get in the way of her common sense. First of all Makoto in a way is “raping” Sekai, though she obliges by giving her feelings back to him. Every chance Makoto gets with Sekai usually ends up with him forcing himself onto Sekai through a kiss or otherwise which she barely fights back against. This wouldn’t be that bad if Makoto had broken up with Katsura but he hasn’t and doesn’t even have the guts to tell her that he is seeing Sekai. So Katsura is hanging out with Makoto without even knowing and even says in public that Makoto and her are boyfriend and girlfriend which shows how much she has developed personality wise by overcoming her shyness. O it gets worse, as Katsura finished her worked early she decided to go see Makoto on the roof of the school where Makoto and Sekai are going at it again with some of their clothes gone and Sekai and Makoto saying they love each other as Katsura stares at them through the window on the door that leads to the rooftop. GAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH, ok i feel calmer now.
Makoto is one of the biggest jerks I have seen in real life and in anime. I don’t know how he acts in the game but I know there are horrific endings which I am hoping happens to Makoto and spares the others. I feel sorry for Katsura, for it seems like Makoto is the only real thing she looks forward to in life, always wanting to hang around him, letting him get close to her, knitting a gift for him, and even wanting to buy the jerk matching cell phones as proof of them being a couple. I understand that Makoto is a hormonally enraged teenage boy, been there done that, but he takes it too far.
This anime is really provoking feelings inside of me, like wanting to kick Makoto’s a$$ or really rooting for a character like Katsura, which normally never happens. I want to stop watching because some of the scenes, like Makoto barely helping Katsura as she fell on the ground, really makes me sick to the stomach to watch but I want to continue to see how it turns out.
Every chance he gets…I think Sekai’s waitress outfit isn’t helping the situation

Poor Katsura, she falls down and all Makoto does is turn around and say “Are you alright” and doesn’t even help her get up as far as I know….GAHHHHHHH, enraged feelings back

I really feel sorry for Katsura right here, what she sees next is not something I wish onto anyone.

We shall see how Otome falls into the love triangle which is now a square as Katsura, who isn’t really liked in her class which Otome is a part of, tells her out loud that Makoto is her boyfriend which happens to be the guy Otome likes.
