Is Loli and English your thing? Then watch Moetan, a girl by the name of Ink is currently going to high school and has a crush on her childhood friend, Nao. But Ink might be a little immature for Nao as Ink has the height, body, and face of an elementary/primary school child even though she’s a high schooler. Meanwhile in the Alphabet Kingdom (I don’t make this stuff up lol), a high mage named Ark has escaped his court trial but is later caught by the king of the land and punished to do other “trials”. Back in the human world, Ink was just brushed off by Nao and goes to the temple to pray for him, as he has failed his English exam, when a cute looking duck crashes into her head. Turns out the duck is Ark and he tells Ink she must help people by turning into a magical girl. Ink agrees so she could teach Nao English without him knowing its her. The transformation is for loli lovers ;p. Ink deems her magical girl form, Magical Teacher Pastel Ink. With her cell phone/wand in hand she inputs the numbers to fly and heads to Nao’s house. Everything is going well until Ark finds Nao’s “naughty stash” and his cast-off figure (removable clothes) which embarrasses him and ends up throwing Ink and Ark out. Ink decides to continue being Pastel as she enjoyed the experience.

Does loli looking girls and mechas match? We will soon see as Sky Girls enters main stream anime. Apparently in the 21st century, gigantic cyborg aliens called WORMS appeared on Earth and started destroying everything in their path, what a surprise lol. In the end, Earth forces decided weapons of mass destruction were needed to destroy the WORMS, which did happen but at a high price. Continents were split, Antarctica melted, countries went underwater, and 90% of male soldiers between the age of 20-30 died at the time of the invasion. Ten years later the Earth military starts to recruit talented young girls in their teens to prepare for another possible attack. The story will follow Otoha can bend steel with a knife (o-0); Karen who graduated with her bachelors at the age of 16 and boy shy (0o0); and Eika who is an ace pilot in the military. The girls will encounter a new prototype of the military called the sonic diver which is a battle suit which can convert from jet mode to fighter mode while leaving the pilot practically exposed (I believe there is actual protection though, somehow…).
According to the executives of Fuji TV, the Wii is stealing prime time television (TV) viewing from their company as people rather play the Wii than watch their shows. The prime slots being 7-9 pm, probably because many families get together during that time due to the length of school days and work hours. Health shows might soon be threatened by the Wii as a new game called “Wii Health” will soon come out which involves workouts you can do with your Wii. “Sorry Bobby Blake, why buy the tape when you can get the Wii?”-a phrase coming from Boondocks. I don’t own a Wii yet but I believe I would also play on my Wii rather than watch repetitive shows on the TV and I would be able to workout at the same time….awesome. Do any of you readers own a Wii and play the console rather than watch your TV shows? Information found on Times Online.
Apparently teachers are getting too “friendly” with their students resulting in parent and government concern. If you “Force a child to sit on the teacher’s lap against the child’s will, taking a child’s clothes off to punish him or her for forgetting something at home, watching children change their clothes or while they are wearing swimsuits, make fun of a child’s body shape, or touch a child’s hands or leaning over them while teaching them how to use computers” is considered sexual harassment. I really don’t understand why a teacher would make a child remove their clothing for forgetting something at home, whatever happen to old fashion beatings? Just kidding ;p. But everything else I understand is wrong and I really need to be careful of the touching hands and teaching a child to use a computer if I teach in Japan. These teachers should be ashamed for sexually harassing children, those who have been sexually harassed or knows of someone who has been should report it rather than hide it…hiding the truth might be worse in Japan due to traditions of just accepting it. This report is from Daily Yomiuri Online.

Boy I’ve been doing a lot of good-byes lately. Sumomomo Momomo has ended with episode 22, but it was not disappointing. Koshi and Momoko have reached the final tiger clan leader and antidote holder, Tenga. Momoko fights with all her love against this powerful foe and at the same time she guards Koshi from harm. Momoko releases one of her ultimate attacks, “Black Dragon Morning Destroyer”, which is a huge energy release that Tengen not only blocked but became stronger from due to his awakened power to take blows, regenerate, and become stronger from the attacks. Tenga is about to kill Koshi when Momoko blocked his blow but dropped due to the poison spreading throughout her body. Tenga presents the final portion of the antidote to Koshi and Momoko due to his pride as a fighter but tells them the antidote will only cure one as both Koshi and Momoko have the poison in them. As the sun sets, the poison corses throughout both bodies and will take its full effect when we see Koshi kneeling towards Momoko as the sun sets. Momoko arises and fights Tenga with awakened power that matches Tenga’s incredible power as Koshi lies on the ground in a deathly state. Momoko fights with all her might to avenge Koshi but is about to be killed just as Koshi’s inner-powers sealed by his mother awakens which distracted Tenga enough to launch her ultimate attack, “True Force Of A Dragon That Rips Through The Sky”, that defeats Tenga. After the fight everything returns back to normal….well as normal as it can get as a martial arts hater hangs around with a bunch of crazy super powered martial artist.

With the summer season upon us comes a new anime season. Nanatsuiro ☆ Drop is one of them. Masaharu Tsuwabuki, aka Haru, is going about his normal anti-social day until he bumps into a “cosplayer” the holds the same drink can he does which ends up being switched. After taking a drink from the switched can, Haru transforms into a cute stuffed animal which is a ram with glasses. Haru’s teachers puts a magical liquid on him that allows him to speak and move, afterwards explains to him that to transform back he must gather seven star drops with his “chosen girl.” Turns out his chosen girl is a very cute and bit of an airhead that is also his classmate, Sumomo Akihime. Sumomo goes out to find the star drops with her “Yuki-chan” the name she gave Haru in his stuffed animal form. Turns out a magical ring points out where the star drops fall from the sky, probably all in Japan lol, and that it usually lands in “beautiful water.” Sumomo and Yuki went after one drop and after putting it away in a bottle they go back to Sumomo’s place to sleep.
