Well here’s another Lucky Star dance, not as great as the other one but it has its merit. First of all there are four girls which made it initially great. But there were these obvious cuts in between that made the video not as great as the other one. More practice could have also been done with this vid before they actually did it. What really irritated me though was the person with the cellphone which constantly showed up in the vid, most likely to record the dance on his/her cellphone. The person could have still done the cell phone thing without being in the camera. Well good job to them for their effort, especially during the filler part when the girls didn’t show up in the anime.

Well like the title says, this is a girl version of the Lucky Star dance. This is well done, but its missing a member which was disappointing, but the fact that they were able to do most of it without another member was impressive. I wish they could have cosplayed, sadly like the other Lucky Star dancer, but that costs money which I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to spend just to be on youtube. Congrats for them as they are the first (at least for me) Live Action Lucky Star Girl Dancers
I am a huge fan of Gundam, and Gundam Wing was the first Gundam anime I ever watched. So when someone decides to make Wing Zero from Gundam Wing Endless Waltz do the YMCA I feel a huge injustice. The sanctity that is gundam is ruined, the other dances I didn’t mind but the YMCA. If you know what demographic really likes this song you should understand. All thats missing is the rest of the gundam gang to join in the YMCA. On the more positive side this was a pretty well made vid and everything looks almost flawless. Wish they chose a better song though if they wanted to do this. Brought to you from Japan Sugoi.
I was looking at my past anime reviews and noticed that they are nothing compared to the ones I do now. So I decided to redo all of my past anime reviews that I believe are not up to my current standards. Starting off with Melancholy of Haruhi. It’s a series that started small and has now grown into almost a cult like pheonomenon. Although it is a bit old, finished the television series last year, it has gathered a bunch of “Haruhist” cosplayers from all over Japan and here in the U.S. as well. The plot pretty much follows Haruhi Suzumiya, who is also “God” in a human form but does not know it who can destroy space and time if she feels agitated/bored/angry. She meets the second leading character, Kyon, in high school who she becomes friends with after an interesting conversation about Haruhi’s hairstyle. Haruhi is an all around “jack of trades” and joined every club to see if it was interesting only to drop it and form her own, called “SOS Brigade”. Here she recruits Yuki Nagato, who is an alien, Mikuru Asahina who is a time traveler, and Itsuki Koizumi who is a psychic which all claim that it was Haruhi’s wish for them to exist and she does not know this, weird. They go through all kinds of adventures together, including trips in “closed space” where they fight giant crickets and monsters, baseball games, “in-game” space wars, and more. There is even a concert in one of episodes which is one of the best anime concerts I have ever seen.
Whenever something successful comes out there is always a parody (usually a funny version of) to follow. Advent Children is no exception. Advent children is the cg movie based on the successful game Final Fantasy 7. The cg is awesome and everything, but I will do a review on it another time. It’s so successful someone has to come up with something to play off it, and you can’t go wrong with peeing and farting. Just watch, but if you of the faint of heart, maybe not.

Sorry for the late post. Woot, Ichigo has just taken on his inner hollow and has become a full hollow in Bleach episode 125. His hollow form looked awesome in my opinion, much better than all the other hollows I have seen. But in the end he beat his inner hollow and now has control over it, for now. Plus Aizen’s plan to kill soul society’s king has been revealed and now they should continue on with the main main story of fighting Aizen. I thought this episode was pretty cool, check out the screen shots below to judge for yourself.
