LittleIsland has created yet another robotic doll, or in this case, marriage dolls. They are dolls you can order for your wedding that are supposed to “resemble” you and your future spouse. But these “dolls” are actually robots as well that guests can have a small conversation with (as seen in the video above) like how the bride felt when she met her special someone or even a simple hello when it detects a guest around it. The robots also dance if you ask them too.

I’m not quite sure what the cost of the couple but I’m sure it will be pricey. Though it will make a very unique wedding.

Personally it looks a bit scary to me ^^;;. Not something I personally want at my wedding xD.

If you live in Japan and plan to have a baby then you might want to wait until March before you start trying for a baby ^^. According to JapanProbe, starting October 2009, any child born in that month and thereafter will result in their parents getting 420,000 yen (roughly 4,781 USD with the current exchange rate). That isn’t too bad considering that will take care of some of the baby finances for a while, hopefully the money doesn’t go to parents who will gamble it away ^^;;.

The incentive for the Japanese government to give money to parents who conceive a child is due to Japan’s extremely low child birth rate due to the younger generation not wanting to marry until later in age and the cost of living in Japan a bit too much for parents raising a child. Many children that grow up in rural areas leave their hometown to go to more “busy” towns like Tokyo and Osaka where they can party and live life the way that they want to.

Currently the Japanese government is currently giving 350,000 yen (roughly 4009 USD) for every baby born in Japan and will raise that amount to 380,000 yen (roughly 4353 USD) starting January 2009.

The parents could invest their money into this dish washing robot ^^.

Btw, I’ve been absent from the blogging world for a while due to school, work, and life in general. But winter break is coming up so look forward to figure shoots and possibly anime reviews for the upcoming season ^^.

Ok, I know there are a lot of strange things in Japan and this is one of the stranger one’s in my opinion. Here’s what you do, you buy the dvd with a picture of a cute girl on the cover and you learn there are 49 more of these girls that you can stare at, you plop the dvd into your dvd player and commence the show, then what you get is this…

Click here to view the embedded video.

I don’t know about you but I would feel ripped off if I bought this dvd lol. Apparently it’s a dvd called Miterudake with 50 different females that stare at you, they range from the young to the old and of different ethnicity. Supposedly it’s to make you “relaxed” in case you ever meet a female, that’s like every other person you pass on the street lol. So you will feel more confident when you talk to a female and won’t break down, physically and/or mentally . It sounds like a good concept, especially if you have a hard time talking to a female in real life, like someone you like or surround you in general like at class or work. Originally found through Japan Probe. Here are more for you to “stare at” .

Though I believe if the dvd had something like what they have at Disneyland it would be much better xD. Check it out:

There is currently a trojan (if you don’t know what a trojan is, click here) called Downloader-UA.h that has been downloaded by hundreds of thousands of people. They thought they were downloading a music/video file but they were actually downloading a file that tells them to download another file to operate it, that other file was Downloader-UA.h. Take a look here to see a small list of the files that direct you to download the trojan and ways to know that you are installing the trojan. Always make sure to run virus scans, adware scans, spyware scans, and trojan scans as well frequently to make sure you’re not a victim of hackers and spammers.
