What do you get when you mix ARIA and Azumanga with three sisters? You get Minami-ke. Minami-ke is a slice of life anime that depicts the lives of three sisters and those they interact with on a daily basis. Like other slice of life animes, it has its comedic side that might bring pain to your sides if you laugh enough.
I was excited to hear that a Bleach movie was coming out and couldn’t wait to see it. I waited and was not disappointed when I finished watching it ^^. When an anime hits the big screen you know its either going to be really great or really disappointing. Bleach came out great in my opinion and if you continue reading you will see why. Here we go ^^.

After a long day of work/school, nothing is better than coming home and relaxing, even better when you watch anime at the same time ^^. What I recommend to watch after a long day is ARIA. Aria is a very comforting “slice of life” anime where the characters go about daily normal lives, going through life without gigantic robots blowing up their city or super powered weirdos battling it out in their backyard lol. I feel very comfortable when I watch ARIA, especially with life’s pressures coming down on my with school and work.
You know an anime is pretty popular if it becomes a live action movie and Nodame Cantabile is no exception. I really liked the anime for its great characters, story, relationship development, and of course the music. Most of the actors picked for this animation, in my opinion, look very much like the characters from the anime (screen shot comparison of both live and anime from the same scene) and they really act out the characters part so well. This includes Chiaki’s more “abusive/comedic” attitude towards Nodame, Masumi’s “actions”, and even down to Mine’s dad feeding Nodame a bunch of Chinese food.
If you checked out Danny Choo today, you will find out that vid of him dancing in his storm trooper outfit is now known by practically the whole world as it was #2 most blogged vid in the world and it has gained recognition by LucasFilms, the studio that made Star Wars, which they put on their official site. Congrats go out to Danny, stay tuned for his new vid of himself and his friend Hector dancing in a storm trooper and Darth Vadar outfit. Danny has entered the next level of sugoi lol, Super Sugoi. Check out this vid of him dancing in his storm trooper outfit in Tokyo.
