Weird name ya, it actually means Lunar Rabbit Weapon Mina, the anime does actually seem to revolve around rabbits (Usagi in Japanese). This anime was actually pretty good to watch, unfortunately they seemed to have stopped subbing it on the fourth episode which makes me kind of sad because its a pretty good series. There are actually other series of this show but I have not watched it yet. The plot is about a girl named Mina who transforms into a rabbit-style super hero and along with her bunny-outfit wearing team (so weird but funny) goes out to save the Earth against intruding aliens that are extreme sports enthusiast as Earth seems to be the only planet in the whole universe that has sports, o and the aliens are rabbits. Total rabbit theme. Well Mina is actually a high school student/sports caster who drinks carrot juice or something that has carrots like the carrot itself or vegetable juice (she hates carrots so it’s ironic she needs it to transform) that reacts with her DNA to manipulate it so that her genes produce super clothes out of no where (the way its done is where the clothes come off and replaced with shininess, afterwards the clothes just pop right on to her, total Sailor Moon copycat), I also noticed that her bust size increases when she transforms, probably as a air cushion when she gets hit in the front (no offense to my female readers and possibly male).
I hope they finish subbing this series as it is one that contains comedy, action, eroness, and possibly a little love. I like the opening theme song, its so peppy. You can at least watch the four subbed episodes in America, watch and enjoy. If you want to see some nice fan art and such you can check this out
Here’s Mina eating a carrot which you can tell she likes ^^:

I thought this pic looked pretty cool
The rabbit aliens
Mina’s carrot chain-gun which is awsome, the carrot has also been a hammer, handguns, and extender
